Weekend :Friday and Saturday $210 per night for the studio

Weekday: Sunday-Thursday nights $190 per night for the studio

We operate on a 2 night minimum stay. Easter and Christmas are a 3 night minimum.

Rates are for a couple. If separate beds are required this will incur an extra cost of $60.

During December and January weekdays are $200 per night. Weekends remain at $210 per night.

Includes:

• Afternoon tea on arrival- delicious home baked produce for example scones, muffins, rhubarb or date and pear cake

• Generous continental breakfast of delicious home baked bread, local Harcourt apple juice, coffee/tea, yoghurt, milk and cereals

• The unit has a fridge, espresso coffee machine and a microwave

• Cooked breakfast optional at additional cost

 Romance package  additional $60

• Bottle of Shiraz or Chardonnay

• Lindt chocolate

• Crisp bread, soft cheese and fruit (Please call ahead to arrange these).

• Our tip: light a candle and run the spa. Ask us for an ice bucket. There are wine glasses and fluffy white robes in the studio. Please bring your favourite CD's

• Late checkout if possible for extra cuddling time- please discuss with us

Guest Room

$200 per night per room any night of the week. Suitable for couples only.

Includes:

• complimentary continental breakfast in your private dining room

• option of cooked breakfast at extra cost- a selection which might include Harcourt apple juice, coffee, freshly laid eggs, bacon, sausage, grilled tomato and tomato relish from our garden, home baked toasted bread and jams

• home cooked afternoon tea on arrival
